AI Marketing is owner only. It drafts posts you can copy to Instagram or anywhere else, and it can also place a post on your own website. Nothing is posted until you say so.
Draft a post
AI Marketing is owner only. Staff who open it are sent to Appointments. The drafts use this shop’s services and about text, so a thin About page produces thin posts. Fix the site copy first if the voice is wrong.
- Start with a chip, such as Today’s 3 posts, or type your own angle: a bath special, a boarding opening, a before-and-after.
- Add real shop photos when you have them. The box under the chips is where you say what to emphasize.
- Each result is a card. Copy post puts the text on your clipboard. Make image builds a picture for that card. 8s video builds a short clip. A counter on the page shows how many videos you have used this month.
- Studio does not log into Instagram, Facebook, or Google. You paste the copy there yourself and publish when you are happy.
Put a post on the website
Add to website is a separate decision from copying the post. It asks you to confirm, then the post shows on the public Updates page. The button becomes On website.
- Removing it asks again. The post leaves the public page. The draft stays in Studio, so you can put it back without rewriting it.
- Show Updates on your website has to be on in the editor’s Shop tab. If it is off, pet parents have no Updates item to open.
- Unpublished drafts are kept to the newest 24. Posts already on the website are not deleted to make room for new drafts.
What pet parents see
On the public site, Updates is a list. A click opens the post in a panel: Close first, then the pictures at full size, then the title and text. Each post also has a normal address, so Google can open that page on its own. A click from the list still opens the panel instead of leaving the site.
